Dr. Donald T. Alosio, Jr.

 


Dr. Don Alosio has been in practicing chiropractor for over 25 years. He started his private practice in 1984. He presently practices, teaches and directs MUA programs through MUA Educators, Inc., and has instructed over 600 physicians in MUA including chiropractors, orthopedic surgeons, neurologists, pain management physicians and family medicine practitioners.

 Dr. Donald T. Alosio, Jr., D.C.

Dr. Alosio graduated from Fordham University in the Bronx, New York in 1978 and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Sherman College of Chiropractic in Spartanburg, South Carolina. Dr. Alosio served as Dean of Continuing Education for Sherman College and as a member of the Sherman College Board of Regents. He began his private practice in New Jersey, and left New Jersey to become the owner and director of Development and Clinical Services for 10 physical therapy centers offering physical therapy and rehabilitation services in South Florida.

He is a Diplomate of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners, Founder and Chairman of the Doctors Speakers Bureau of Bergen County, New Jersey, Former Board of Directors member for the Garden State Chiropractic Society, and a member of the American Academy of Hospital Chiropractors. His other credentials include nomination to the prestigious Royal Academy of Physicians and Surgeons, and a nominee to the American Board of Chiropractic Specialists.

Dr. Alosio is a certified MUA instructor and certified MUA Proctorship Instructor through Texas Chiropractic College, with a further certification in Emergency Department Protocols. He is also a contributor to and appears in the MUA Educational textbook Manipulation Under Anesthesia- Concepts in Theory and Application. He is the Director of Development for National MUA Management Company, and as a consultant has organized and presented MUA certification programs in Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Illinois, New York, New Jersey, Arizona and Texas .

Dr. Alosios robust background also extends into professional sports. He has treated former New York Yankees shortstop Bobby Meacham and has personally certified current New York Yankees team chiropractor Dr. Louis E. Bisogni in the MUA procedure, as well as WWF champion wrestler and chiropractor Dr. Shawn Stipich, better known by his professional ring name, Shawn Stasiak.
 Dr. Alosio is also affiliated with the physicians that performed the MUA procedure on Gary Carter, Baseball Hall of Famer and catcher for the 1986 World Series Champion New York Mets.

For over 40 years Manipulation Under Anesthesia (MUA) has been well documented as a clinically effective method to treat chronic musculoskeletal pain conditions. physicians certified in MUA are being invited by hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and pain management groups to join their organizations to better serve the needs of patients with chronic conditions.

Dr. William J. Venditelli

 


Dr. William J. Venditelli is a chiropractor with over 28 years on field experience, he maintains a private, multi-specialty practice at three locations which include: chiropractic, psychiatry, neurology, and physical therapy and rehabilitation services.
  

The focus of Dr. Venditellis practice is on Pain Management and due to the severity of the cases which he treats, he became certified in Manipulation under Anesthesia (MUA).

Since 2006 Dr. Venditelli has been a certified instructor of MUA Certification courses and since has been conducting and proctoring a 30 hour course at his facility. Dr. Venditelli personally provides the patients to administer the "hands on" proctorship portion of the course which he teaches and supervises in the 
Operation Room.
